Renovating is a complex game especially if you’re new to it. I’ve put together 10 of the most common mistakes homeowners make during a renovation and how to avoid them.

Seeing homeowners succeed whilst doing what they love fires me up; and renovating your own home is rewarding. And yep, everything you’ve heard is true, it’s damn hard.
